Synera Renewable Energy (SRE) is a pioneer of offshore wind in Taiwan and the only developer in Asia that has complete and practical experience in building an offshore wind farm.

We are now expanding our team and would like to invite talents with passion and aspiration in renewable energy business of Asia-Pacific region to join us. We're looking for a HR Specialist to support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and HR ad hoc projects. This role is not only focusing on talent acquisition but also to provide great support to enhance employee experience.

Scope Description
As a key member of the Synera Renewable Energy team, your role will encompass the following:

  • Work with recruitment manager and hiring managers on recruitment process, including but not limited: JD confirmation, advertisement, CV screening, phone screening, interview arrangement, reference check, recruitment data analysis…etc.
  • Selection, negotiation and contract management of consulting agencies
  • Support on-boarding operations, including but not limited: document collection, data maintenance, employee insurance management.
  • Processing HR-related invoices including relocation expenses, insurance payments, and so on.
  • Support new joiner's orientation and process improvement.
  • Support ad hoc HR projects and employee engagement activities.

To succeed in this role, you should bring the following:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related.

  • 5 to 7 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Advanced in English written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with Taiwan Labor Law and government requirements
  • Strong organizational work style, flexible adaptability, hands-on experiences in managing complex and dynamic progress/project/program.
