Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate airport transportation for Taiwan-based employees; arrange leased shuttle services for clients and executives; support the implementation of travel management systems.
  • Cleaning Outsourcing Contract Management: Conduct weekly office inspections; oversee floor scrubbing and waxing twice a year.
  • Business Card Ordering: Follow company templates; confirm job titles with HR and coordinate orders with the vendor.
  • Photocopier Management: Manage leasing agreements and payment processing.
  • Afternoon Tea Distribution: Allocate and deliver to each office.
Qualifications:
  • Education: College graduate or above.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (including Pivot Tables), and PowerPoint.
  • Professional Skills: Experience in travel arrangements and property management, particularly outsourcing cleaning services; familiarity with the implementation of travel management systems is a plus.
  • Language Skills: TOEIC score of 600 or higher.
  • Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and supportive team player.
