International Wealth and Premier Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world's largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets.  Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.  We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers' needs.

  • Report To: SVP Business Management
  • Role Purpose:
    Business Management team is responsible for people/resource management, cost management and business strategy coordination across IWPB. 
    This role will be responsible for:
    - Cost management coordination, including direct/indirect cost and intercompany charge
    - Work closely with Finance and key stakeholders to manage direct cost ex VP actual/forecast planning to ensure disciplined cost management
    - Business Strategy Coordination, including all business performance related matters, governance forums, scorecards
    - Coordinate and communicate with product and channel owners on business performance/growth initiatives

Skills Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and above in business, related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in analytical, planning and management experience in sales and business role of International Wealth and Premier Banking
  • Knowledge of IWPB products, customers, channels
  • Strong drive of delivery in business results
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English
