About Your Team
You'll join our Taiwan Institutional Sales team, dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of institutional clients. Our team drives market presence by delivering tailored investment solutions that make a measurable impact on clients' portfolios.
About Your Role
As a Junior Institutional Sales, you will be responsible for developing and managing institutional client relationships, including asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, banks, and corporate treasury departments. You will promote and distribute a variety of investment products, understand client needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your work will help strengthen client engagement, expand market reach, and contribute directly to our business growth. This role offers an opportunity to make a tangible difference by connecting clients with investment strategies that meet their goals.
About You
You have 2–5 years of experience in institutional sales or corporate banking, preferably with exposure to investment products. You bring strong communication, relationship management, and teamwork skills, along with the ability to work independently and with attention to detail. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, and experience in fund distribution to ILP platforms or working with local asset managers will be an advantage.
