Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you'll lead client relationships, manage integrated campaigns, and mentor junior team members. You'll work across lifestyle, beauty, and consumer sectors, delivering creative solutions that resonate with audiences in Taiwan and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership
    : Serve as day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution.
  • Campaign Management
    : Lead planning and delivery of integrated PR, influencer, and digital campaigns.
  • Team Collaboration
    : Guide and mentor junior staff; collaborate with regional and global teams.
  • Media & Influencer Relations
    : Build strong relationships with media and KOLs to secure impactful coverage.
  • Reporting & Insights
    : Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to clients.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in PR, communications, or integrated marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven track record managing consumer brands, especially in beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG
  • Strong local and regional media and influencer network
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
  • Passion for creativity, culture, and innovation
