Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of procurement packages, RFQs, and tender documentation
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams to understand scope and specifications
  • Conduct market research and collect supplier quotations
  • Support bid evaluation and summarize technical/commercial comparison
  • Assist in drafting purchase orders and contract documents in coordination with legal and procurement lead
  • Track and follow up with suppliers/subcontractors for timely delivery and compliance
  • Maintain procurement records, including quotations, evaluations, and approvals
  • Provide data for cost forecasting and procurement reporting
  • Support internal meetings, vendor follow-ups, and document submission tracking
