Application Management, Senior Associate
An Application Management, Senior Associate must have knowledge of implementation methodologies and knowledge of support methodologies. In addition, the candidate must be extremely client focused with a professional manner, being able to set, manage and satisfy client expectations through personal involvement or delegation.

Job Responsibilities
Required contribution to the project team throughout the project cycle, including performing the following activities:

• Assisting design and document the client's solution including their business requirements and any program specifications required.
• Liaise with clients throughout the data cleansing, mapping and conversion phase and provide any assistance required including performing data loads and reconciliation.
• Able to develop fairly complex program and troubleshoot standard applications.
• Executes post-implementation support strategy.
• Escalate project issues to Sr. Consultants/Project Managers including scope variations, task issues and any risks that may arise during the project.

Competencies

• Ability to use a document management system.
• Able to guide juniors on the best programming practice.
• Professional manner and presentation and ability to set, manage and satisfy client's expectations through personal involvement or delegation.
• Ability to understand and work with different cultures professionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In depth knowledge of methodology (i.e. ASAP).
• Client focused, demonstrate concern for meeting and exceeding immediate and future needs of clients.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and time management skills, ability to work across various projects.
• Supports knowledge sharing on engagements by contributing relevant materials.
• Analytical thinking/problem solving skills – work systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation at hand, identify causes and implications.
• Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio to effectively update and maintain documentation.

Job Qualifications

• College Graduate/Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in SAP HR (Payroll)
• Advantage – Certified SAP
• At least 1 full life cycle implementations
