Position and Team Overview

L.E.K.'s Consulting advises some of the most prominent organisations across the region, including major multinationals with headquarters and/or significant operations in Asia. Our Partner team has extensive experience across the Healthcare / Life Sciences economy, Education, and Financial Services.

This role is expected to be collaborating and effectively working on consulting projects across different practice areas and Asia offices to help support them on key deliverables.

Overview of Role

The Winter Associate role at L.E.K. offers exposure to multiple industry sectors and a wide variety of commercial challenges. The nature and pace of L.E.K.'s strategic work facilitates the rapid development of a highly analytical skill set in a collaborative and rewarding team-based environment.

Specific Responsibilities

Winter Associates are crucial to the success of L.E.K. project teams. With the guidance and support of an experienced senior team, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting primary and secondary research on markets, competitors and customers
• Performing rigorous strategic and financial analysis, using leading-edge software and techniques, to develop deep understanding of commercial issues
• Collaborating with team members to identify trends, draw conclusions, develop insights and transform those insights into actionable recommendations for the client

Application Process

Our Winter Associate internship is open to college seniors and second-year graduate students. The 6 to 8 week program starts at the end of December 2025, running through to February 2026.
