This strategic role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure exceptional client service delivery while managing complex facility operations across four key sites.Client & Operations ManagementOversee facility operations for semiconductor and optoelectronic clients across four locations: two primary sites in Taichung, one site in Linkou, and one site in New Taipei CityEnsure prompt resolution of client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction levelsExecute daily operations management in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) requirementsAddress high-value client problems with strategic solutionsTravel regularly between sites as required (travel expenses reimbursed)Additional duties as assigned by senior managementTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead and develop a multi-site facilities teamManage team attendance, performance, and scheduling across all locationsDrive talent retention initiatives and professional development programsControl turnover rates through effective team management and engagement strategiesOptimize team organization and structure for maximum efficiencyFinancial & Performance ManagementMonitor and manage team KPIs and performance metricsOversee payment request processing and approval workflowsControl operational spending and budget managementEnsure cost-effective service delivery while maintaining quality standardsInterested?
