Achieve your ambitions - join us at JLLAbout the role:The Facilities Coordinator will assist with operational activities for the site in maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material/equipment/supplies, occupancy services and planned and reactive works. The Facilities Coordinator will also be required to provide administrative support to the team and will need to cover receptionWhat this job involves:Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client's expectations are metMaintain the office in neat and good working condition at all timesEnsure all maintenance work orders are completed on time to a high standardEnsure that vendor procurement processes comply with agreed client procurement guidelinesActively working towards making sure financial processes are always being followedEnsuring that all working environments meet all requisite WH&S standardSound like you?
