About the Role

At SIRAYA, our Strategy & Operations team partners closely with leadership to drive business growth and ensure operational excellence. We deliver data-driven insights, build scalable internal tools, and design Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies that support our fast-growing business.

We are looking for a
Sales Operations Specialist
who will serve as a true business partner to our core commercial teams. In this role, you will analyze business performance, develop processes and tools that improve efficiency, and ensure the smooth operation of our CRM, CPQ, and billing systems.

What You'll Do

1. Strategy & Analytics

  • Partner with sales and operations leaders to provide actionable data insights for strategic planning and execution.
  • Analyze multi-dimensional business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and management presentations to enable fast and transparent decision-making.
  • Monitor core business metrics to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

2. Process & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose operational bottlenecks and continuously optimize systems and workflows.
  • Support sales teams with day-to-day operational processes and information needs.
  • Contribute to the improvement of CRM, CPQ, and billing workflows to enhance the quote-to-cash cycle.

What We're Looking For

Must-have qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Operational Program Management.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/CPQ/Billing systems such as
    HubSpot, Zoho, MonetizeNow
    , or similar tools.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Excel / Google Sheets
    with the ability to independently build dashboards and reports.
  • Excellent communication and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Working proficiency in
    English
    to collaborate with international stakeholders.
  • Native/Fluent Chinese
    proficiency.

Nice-to-have qualifications

  • Experience leading
    process documentation
    or building internal
    knowledge bases
    .
  • Experience facilitating or designing
    operational workflow improvements
    .
  • Familiarity with
    process design, API automations, or n8n
    .
