What you'll do at Jamf:
At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work.In this role you'll evangelize Jamf by developing meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at accounts, bridge the gap to executives, and elevate Jamf mindshare to a strategic position within a specific territory. Your efforts will lead directly to the sales of our Whole Product Experience (WPE), development of pipeline growth, and territory sales.

The Sales Operations Specialist's primary role is to support the APAC sales team with operational and enablement efforts to help maintain and grow business. This role will collaborate with various departments in the Jamf organization to ensure the team receives sufficient support and enablement to drive sales.

This role is offered as hybrid, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week of your choosing. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Taipei and have sponsorship to live and work in Taipei.

What you can expect to do this role:

  • Manage all activities of analyze information to identify market trends, patterns, gaps, and insights into the business to help drive efficiency and improvement for the sales team.
  • Manage daily and weekly sales activities, pipelines, forecast and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful lead management.
  • Provide reports to manager to hold the Sales team accountable to established metrics and goals
  • Plan and execute APAC sales strategy, targeting, scheduling, and specific action items in partnership with senior leadership and global Sales Operations members.
  • Understand the compensation plan and take responsibility for it to run smoothly in APAC.
  • Assist to develop, modify, and distribute standard and ad hoc Salesforce management reports and dashboards to better understand the overall business unit.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Business partners and Apple to take steps to maximize demand in each segment; provide direct assistance with sales opportunities as needed.
  • Assist the sales team with documentation and issue tracking related to pre-sales, post-sales, and contract renewals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree preferred; A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
  • 2 years+ experience in sales operation, planning or support to analyze sales data using and Microsoft Excel (Required).
  • Strong English and Chinese language written and verbal communication skills and comprehensions (Required)
  • Hands on experience with BI tools would be a strong plus.
  • Strong ability to work independently as a self-starter, while is also a team player
  • Ability to control emotions in a high pressure fast paced sales environment.
  • High degree of transparency and integrity.
  • Strong self-improvement mindedness.
