Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations Specialist
to support and optimize our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze workflows and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, HR) to support operational needs.
  • Maintain and update operational documentation, reports, and databases.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Support project management tasks and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Handle vendor coordination, procurement, and inventory management as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an operations, administrative, or project coordination role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., logistics, tech, finance].
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
