About The Opportunity
Are you an aspiring Fintech professional eager to broaden your skill set at a fast-growing company? If so, we'd love to meet you We are looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team.

As a Payment Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of payments and transactions within our platform. Your responsibilities will include managing payment operations, monitoring transactional activities, reconciling accounts, and resolving any payment-related issues, including exceptions and risk handling.

In this role, you will support both internal and external customers, taking full ownership of issue resolution. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the payment service providers and assist in resolving their requests and issues.
• Establish a strong sense of ownership over operational processes within your team.
• Foster and nurture robust relationships with both internal and external partners.
• Champion operational excellence while upholding adequate controls and identifying and mitigating operational risks.
• Collaborate with Payment Partnership and other operational teams in translating customer requirements into actionable plans and supporting them through analysis.
• Lead efforts to enhance our product and streamline work processes for increased efficiency. Create new processes and guide the team to adopt where necessary.
• Investigate transaction-related inquiries, including reconciliation, transaction tracing, exception handling and chargebacks and disputes.
• Provide transaction analytics and help with reconciliation issues.

Requirement

• Experience in operations within banking, payment industry, including in Traditional Banking, Fin-tech, E-commerce, Crypto or Gaming industry. 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and ability to communicate findings both internally and externally.
• Knowledge of payment industry processes, including payment gateways, merchant services, international payment methods, and card operations.
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in both languages.
• Demonstrated commitment to upholding transparency and integrity in all aspects of work.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex payment-related issues efficiently and effectively.
