Product Requirements & Scope Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and refine product requirements. Assess the feasibility of proposed scopes by identifying cross-team dependencies and aligning them with available resources. Convert business needs into actionable specifications, ensure clarity on what's in/out of scope, and manage feature prioritization across planned releases.
Agile Project Execution: Guide the planning, sprint execution, and backlog management for multiple large-scale projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ensure version planning and team velocity are balanced.
Stakeholder Communication & Expectation Alignment: Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, business units, and R&D. Ensure all parties are aligned on goals, trade-offs, and progress through clear, timely updates.

Continuous Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, and templates. Champion operational efficiency and promote best practices across teams.
