Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of SME/middle market and institutional banking clients within the assigned industry/sector
- Proactively identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to expand the client base and deepen existing client relationships
- Provide comprehensive financial solutions and advisory services to meet the diverse needs of clients, including but not limited to lending, cash management, trade finance, and investment products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., credit, product, and support) to deliver seamless client experiences
- Actively monitor the market, industry trends, and client needs to anticipate and address their evolving requirements
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the team's strategic initiatives and business plans
- Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the SME/middle market and institutional banking landscape, including industry-specific knowledge and market trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Proficient in financial analysis, credit assessment, and structuring tailored financial solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong customer-centric mindset
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business, or economics)
