To provide professional and independent member of second line defense and internal services (Institutional Banking Credit areas) to the Bank-wide.
-Job Responsibility
- To perform operational service of Large Corporate & GFM business\:-
- To monitor the approval credit conditions/terms, collaterals value, pledging and releasing securities/collaterals, limit excess, PCE & MTM controls etc., follow-up with BU and escalate to managements.
- To prepare various credit control reports and retrieve GFM monitoring reports centrally from Murex.
- To assist in Maker role of various systems inputs in an efficient manner and ensuring that adhere to existing policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- To assist in the 1st scan of documentation upon pre-activation checking, and follow-up on the outstanding documents
- To prepare safekeeping of legal documents in fire-proof vault and scanning
- Support IBG1 RM of Taiwan to solve their queries and provide advice/solutions to expedite facility on-board.
- Involved in regional projects, UAT etc. and group initiatives assigned by management.
- Any other assignment as required by supervisor.
-Skillsets Required:
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, willing to perform hands-on work in a meticulous way.
- Ability to multi-task and work across multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Knowledge in ROC documentations
- English proficiency is a plus.
