Position Summary

Purpose of Role
】

Responsible for providing a welcoming, efficient, personable and authentic experience for each guest during all encounters. Aim to maximize guest interaction while minimize time spent away from them. Create wow moments for guests by attending to their needs and performing W's Whatever/Whenever service promise during all interactions. . Follow all company policies and procedures and is in accordance with local law.

Cast Key Responsibilities
】

• Provide a welcome experience to guest for every visit, by providing W's Whatever/Whenever service and assisting with any request.
• Be fully able to order and provide FIT beverages to guests upon request.
• Accurately post charges to guest accounts and / or take cash / credit card for purchases. Keep an accurate record of all postings.
• Keep sufficient amount of merchandise at all times and ensure that all is accounted for accurately.
• Keep the facilities are clean and tidy at all times with ample supplies of amenities.
• Ensure the facilities are only accessed by hotel guests and FIT members.

• 協助客人點餐及製作飲品。
• 正確入賬至顧客的帳戶、收取現金或信用卡。確保所有的入賬記錄準確。
• 確保健身中心的商品存貨充足以及正確的登記所有購買紀錄。
• 隨時保持所有設施乾淨整潔且備品充裕。
• 確保所有設施只提供給房客及健身中心會員使用。
