About The Role
We're looking for a
Customer Service Specialist based in Taiwan
who's excited to help users succeed and take ownership in a global, fast-paced environment. You'll join a passionate team, support users via chat and email, and ensure every customer gets maximum value from

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver friendly, fast, and helpful support via chat and email
  • Troubleshoot user issues and guide them through features
  • Help customers get the best results and ROI with
  • Track and prioritize customer feedback to improve the product
  • Be the voice of the customer—collaborate with product and tech teams
  • Contribute to our help center and internal documentation
  • Join weekly team meetings, brainstorms, and knowledge sessions

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive mindset
  • Self-starter who works well independently and takes initiative
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • A problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out

**The role need to cover night shifts, from 12:00am-9:00am in Taipei time**

Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in customer-facing roles

Familiarity with Intercom, Zendesk, or other CRMs

An interest or background in marketing, SaaS, or design tools
