Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead projects focused on mechanical parts for thermal modules and components. This role will collaborate with global customers and suppliers, ensuring excellence in cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage thermal module/component or other projects from design to mass production.
  • Coordinate with customers (international OEM/ODM) to align requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and evaluate suppliers (metal/plastic parts, machining, tooling).
  • Oversee project cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, QA, outsourcing partners) for efficient execution.
  • Occasional business travel to support customer engagement and supplier discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or thermal/mechanical parts development.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with thermal module/mechanical parts manufacturing is a strong plus.
  • Integrity, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure.
