Work Location: Taoyuan

Your Role

1.Optimization of LC mixture formulation to meet customer's requirements.

2.Lead and coordinate project developments to successfully deliver goals on schedule.

3.Engage in technical discussions and problem-solving with global colleagues.

4.Communicate with major customers for technical promotion, project discussions, and problem resolution.

5.Work with the New Tech. Manager to research new liquid crystal modes & applications.

 

Who You Are

1.Education Level: Master's degree or above (Chemistry, Material Engineering, Science, Physical)

2.Professional Skills: 3+ years of experience in related LCD industry, with familiarity in LCD technology and material applications.

3.Good English communication skills, capable of engaging in technical discussions.

4.Strong execution skills, with patience for precise work.

5.Team player with good cross-departmental collaboration abilities, result-oriented.

6.Positive and proactive work attitude.
