About this position:

We are looking for Management Associates who aim for long-term training and fast-track development in a high-tech manufacturing company. As Tripod Technology Corporation is expanding to Vietnam, this position will involve cross-departmental and cross-regional teamwork, allowing participants to develop specialized knowledge across various fields and gain an understanding of the company's global organizational structure. Participants will be trained into highly agile professionals who can provide comprehensive advice and recommendations for expansions, new factory establishments and local compliance.

Requirements

  • Vietnam nationality, currently living in Taiwan
  • Bachelor's degree with less than 2 years of working experience
  • Fluent communication in verbal and written Chinese, and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Ability to work under stress

Compensation & Benefits

  • Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:10 PM (Monday to Friday)
