【Job Description】

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Japanese market for Anime Style RPG mobile games.

  • Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to inform marketing initiatives.

  • Work closely with the regional marketing team to adapt and implement overarching marketing strategies for the Japanese market and provide local market insights to the regional team to enhance strategy effectiveness.

  • Manage relationships with external partners such as advertising agencies, media outlets, and industry influencers to amplify marketing efforts.

  • Oversee all marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, PR, events, and influencer partnerships and ensure all campaigns align with the brand's image and objectives.

【Job Requirements】

  • Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile game marketing within Japan.

  • Proven track record in the Anime Style RPG genre is highly preferred.

  • Technical Skills

  • Deep understanding of the Japanese mobile gaming market and player demographics.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and campaign management software.

  • Language Skills

  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese.

  • Business-level proficiency in English or Chinese for cross-border communication is a plus.
