【Job Description】

  • Manage and grow the game's online presence across social media platforms (SNS), forums, and other community channels, and respond to player inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally to a positive and respectful community environment.

  • Plan and organize community events, contests, and promotions to boost player engagement, and collaborate with content creators to participate in events and promote the game to generate buzz and foster a vibrant community.

  • Monitor community sentiment and report on trends, feedback, and potential issues, and collaborate with internal teams to relay player feedback and suggest improvements.

  • Work closely with the marketing and regional teams to align community activities with overall campaign strategies, and provide feedback and suggestions based on community interactions to enhance the player experience.

【Job Requirements】

  • Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in community management, preferably in the gaming industry.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in managing and engaging with common SNS platforms popular in Japan (e.g., X, Instagram, Discord).

  • Familiarity with platforms used by content creators such as Pixiv, YouTube, Twitch, NicoNico, Mirrativ and understanding how to leverage them for community engagement.

  • Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure engagement and growth.

  • Language Skills:

  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese.

  • Basic proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passionate about gaming, with a deep understanding of gamer culture.
