Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and strategic plans for new business ventures.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Develop and monitor key financial metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities, manage risks, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to support business model innovation and market entry strategies.
  • Build robust financial models to evaluate new initiatives, investments, and business cases.
  • Support the continuous transformation of financial processes and systems to enable agile decision-making in a fast-evolving environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, or related roles, preferably in multinational or fast-growing organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills; proven ability to influence business decisions.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving business transformation.
  • Strong data analysis and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, coding (e.g., Python, SQL), or CRM systems is a strong plus.
