We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Consumer Channel Sales Manager
to drive sales growth for our PCSD products. This role will focus on exploring new business opportunities, expanding existing channels, and developing new product categories to enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Development: Identify and develop strategies for existing and new sales channels to maximize revenue potential.
- Business Growth: Explore opportunities for business expansion beyond current products and channels, including new market segments and product categories.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment on growth initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and support.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Proven experience in channel sales, preferably within the consumer products industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
