How will you make an impact in this role?

This role focuses on supporting partnership business initiatives to drive business and sales activities, manage sales channels, and ensure achievement of targets for expanding merchant coverage. The position also involves seeking new opportunities to acquire prospects as assigned by leadership.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Partnership Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and documentation with partners.
  • Resolve incoming operational issues or requests related to the business.
  • Manage routine business referrals and ensure timely resolution.

2. Business Development:

  • Assist the partnership manager in managing channel acquisitions, account development, sales training, acquisition activities, marketing programs, and administrative tasks.
  • Provide support in designing and implementing sales incentive and award programs to drive sales performance.
  • Acquire accounts from prospect lists, as requested, to expand the spending network and merchant coverage.

3. Project Support:

  • Support the partnership manager in leading various business projects and initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is required.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication with colleagues.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of achieving goals and operating independently.
