Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded
Human Resources Business Partner
to support our R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain functions. This role will work closely with the Global HRBP team, functional leaders, and the local HR team to align HR priorities, drive organizational transformation, and enable talent growth, contributing directly to both team and business success.

The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, a calm and collaborative demeanor, and strong business acumen in both back-office and manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain leadership teams, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Drive organizational development (OD) initiatives, including structure design, transformation, and change management.
  • Lead talent development strategies, including succession planning, leadership pipeline building, and career development programs.
  • Partner with managers to address employee relations (ER) matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution aligned with company values and Taiwan labor law.
  • Collaborate with global and regional HRBPs to ensure local HR strategies and practices are in alignment with global policies and frameworks.
  • Support workforce planning, manpower optimization, and capability building for manufacturing and operational teams.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
  • Ensure compliance with Taiwan labor laws, regulations, and employment best practices.
  • Partner with the HR team to implement core HR processes (performance management, compensation review, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience, preferably in manufacturing and back-office environments.
  • Strong expertise in organizational development, talent development, and employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Taiwan labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proven track record in managing organizational change and transformation projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively at all levels.
  • Calm under pressure, hands-on, and a collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and Mandarin Chinese.
