我們的遊戲平台已成功推出30款以上源自日本精選二次元動畫的遊戲作品。我們的遊戲玩家遍布全球,包括美國、日本、韓國等地。

每月有超過200萬玩家訪問我們的遊戲平台,總計達到8000萬次的廣告曝光。

我們採用先進的大語言模型(LLM)和人工智能生成技術(AIGC)來持續優化我們的遊戲產品和業務,包括:

  • 廣告投放
  • 海量數據分析
  • 遊戲素材製作
  • 支付平台
  • 認證平台
  • 國際化

等多個遊戲業務領域。

▍Responsibilities

1. 遊戲內容在地化與遊戲測試:

  • 負責遊戲內容的在地化,確保與台灣本地文化相符,同時進行有效的遊戲測試。

2. 策畫、執行遊戲和營運流程:

  • 優化正在營運中的遊戲流程,確保項目按計劃進行,並能夠迅速應對變化。

3. 營運後的KPI管理和PDCA分析:

  • 監測關鍵績效指標(KPI),進行PDCA分析,迅速對問題做出反應,並提出改進方案。

4. 玩家動向分析、玩家問題處理和改進方案提出:

  • 透過數據分析玩家行為,關注玩家動向,提出有效的改進和改良方案,以提升玩家體驗。

Requirements

▍Minimum Qualifications

  • 具備日文能力,可以作為工作語言;持有日語能力檢測 1 級證書 (JLPT N1)。
  • 邏輯清晰,能夠明確表達自身需求的溝通能力。
  • 具有遊戲行業工作經驗(包括QA、本地化、CS、營運)。
  • 熱愛遊戲,喜歡日本宅宅文化,同時理解台灣、香港、澳門ACG文化。
  • 對IP美術和設計有審美和敏感性,對合作IP熟知者優先考慮。
  • 具有自己的見解及看法,能夠分析當前遊戲內生態。
