Job Description
【Summary】

As the Retail Operation Specialist at Levi's, you will support sales and administrative functions to ensure smooth retail operations, conduct regular store visits to review operational processes, improve cross-function cooperation efficiency, and effectively deliver Levi's brand values.

【Responsibility】

  • Ensure timely submission and accuracy of store reports.
  • Conduct Store Compliance Audit, follow up on non-compliance issues and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate teams and store staff, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  • Serve as the point of contact for new store openings, remodels, and closures, coordinating logistics and setup.
  • Oversee equipment and IT setup, ensuring timely delivery of essential store systems.
  • Support the planning and coordination of training programs.
  • Provide regular reports on operational performance, offering data-driven solutions to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Ensure stores comply with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
  • Train store teams on operational processes, new initiatives, and best practices.

【Requirements】

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in sales and retail operations.
  • Strong enthusiasm for the retail industry with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with store teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Effective reasoning, analytical, and intuitive skills, coupled with reporting experience, to assess and summarize performance metrics for management.
  • Advanced English skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
