As a Game Market Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our international marketing team, focusing on pre-registration, post-release, and promotions to elevate our platform's popularity across the globe.

▍Job Overview:

As a Game Market Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing projects in the Taiwan/Korea markets. This includes pre-registration campaigns, post-launch plans, and collaborations with Japanese anime and manga publishers.

▍Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pre-registration Promotion: Develop and execute promotion plans, manage press releases, and oversee various online advertisements (SNS, affiliates, etc.).
  2. Post-Launch Promotion: Plan and execute promotions related to in-game events, and collaborate with Japanese anime and manga publishers on IP projects.
  3. General Promotion Work: Manage YouTube content, organize giveaway events, and coordinate promotional merchandise.
  4. Analyze display and listing advertisements, and interpret advertising service and distribution data.
  5. Monitor and verify key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement measures.
  6. Undertake various game market-related projects based on skill sets and personal preferences.

*This role can be based in Taipei, Taiwan, or Tokyo, Japan.

Requirements

  • English Proficiency: Business level or above
  • Marketing Experience: At least one year of experience, especially in the gaming industry
  • Deep Understanding of Advertising Services and Marketing in the Taiwan Market
  • Ability to Write Engaging and Creative Content in Chinese/Korean
  • Passion for Gaming with Knowledge of Gaming Terminology and Industry Language
  • Understanding of Japanese Anime/Manga (Otaku Culture)
  • Ability to Adapt to a Fast-Paced, Multicultural Environment with Constant Growth and Change
  • Flexibility to Handle Uncertainty and Prioritize Tasks

Good to have

  • Japanese: Professional Proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
  • Web marketing experience (SEM, SEO, advertising operation experience, etc).
  • Writing press releases / copywriting experience
  • Japan-related experience
