CareerVantage provides specialized recruitment services for professionals at middle management to leadership levels, along with highly specialized technical positions. Our team provides comprehensive training in recruitment, a shared database, resources, and a strong client base.

Job Description

The consultant will be responsible for:

· The tactical and strategic delivery of corporate recruiting and consulting projects in Taiwan

· Responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients within your specialized sector

· Identifying and developing client/business opportunities in Healthcare Industry

· Partnering with decision-makers within these organizations to determine and anticipate their hiring requirements

· Provide compelling industry insights to Clients, while constantly formulating and implementing critical client retention strategies to create long-term partnerships

· To build and maintain a strong network of job seekers in your specialization to ultimately drive the hiring process to benefit both the client and the candidate

· Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

Requirements

· Possessing a University/Graduate Degree with potential and having an interest in the role of Business Development/Sales

· Fluency in English and Chinese, able to communicate in English

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate with clarity, flexibility, and adaptability to changing requirements

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to evaluate complex issues from multiple perspectives
