職位描述:

  • 制定並執行全面的推廣策略與活動,以達成業務目標。
  • 管理並協調促銷活動,包括存款獎勵、IB獎勵、交易競賽與引介計劃。
  • 與不同團隊合作,包括行銷、銷售與客戶支援,以確保活動順利執行。
  • 觀察並分析活動後的績效指標,並提供後續可操作的空間與優化建議。
  • 瞭解當前行業趨勢與競爭對手的活動,識別新的推廣機會。
  • 監督促銷活動的預算管理,確保成本效益並遵守財務指引。
  • 處理上級交辦的其他相關任務。

職位要求:

  • 需具備行銷、工商管理或相關領域的大專或以上學歷。
  • 在專案管理或促銷活動管理方面有豐富經驗,外匯行業經驗者優先。
  • 深刻理解推廣策略、活動管理與績效指標。
  • 具備較強的分析能力,並有使用數據分析工具來評估活動績效的經驗。
  • 出色的溝通與人際交往能力,能夠與海外團隊進行合作。
