【About the role】

Tomofun 正在尋找一位具備卓越市場洞察力與執行力的「亞太區數位行銷經理」,你將主導 Furbo 寵物攝影機目前在台灣、香港、新加坡,及未來擴大東南亞市場的業績增長,主導全渠道數位行銷策略,負責品牌官網和蝦皮等平台電商的運營,透過精準的市場策略,帶動既有台灣、香港、新加坡,並拓展更大的東南亞市場,帶動用戶增長與銷售表現。

【 What you'll do 】

全渠道數位行銷策略規劃與執行

  • 制定台灣、新加坡、香港及未來東南亞市場的數位行銷策略及銷售目標,確保與公司成長目標與品牌願景一致。
  • 主導品牌官網與蝦皮店舖,或其他潛力的主流電商平台的營運,負責商品策略、活動設計、店舖運營,持續優化轉換成本、轉換率與訂閱制 LTV (Life time value)。
  • 與同團隊的品牌行銷經理合作,也與產品、設計、客服團隊、負責其他區域的行銷團隊合作,整合資源達成推廣目標,打造完整的品牌體驗與用戶溝通路徑。
  • 密切關注數位行銷最新趨勢,執行市場調查,主動提出創意點子並結合市場與用戶洞察,打造突破性的行銷活動。

電商平台運營

  • 基於數據與本地用戶洞察,持續優化產品頁面溝通與購物體驗。
  • 負責商品上下架管理,維護店舖營運健康度,並與平台負責人(如蝦皮AM)保持良好關係的密切合作。
  • 具備電商 CRM(會員經營、用戶唤回等)經驗者加分。

數位廣告策略

  • 策劃並推動 Google Ads、Meta Ads 等數位廣告投放策略,包含提供廣告創意。
  • 擔任廣告投放代理商的合作窗口,確保精準觸及目標客群,快速迭代素材、優化廣告成效。

【Who you are】

  • 5 年以上電商行銷經驗,具備成熟的預算規劃及策略能力,能掌握大局與全渠道資源配置
  • 豐富的執行經驗,能做 High-level 策略也不懼 Hands-on
  • 近半年有實際管理線上銷售通路、品牌廣告的經驗,並熟悉GA、Google Ads、Meta Ads的最新趨勢和後台邏輯
  • 高度數據導向,擅長利用數據分析來制定決策並持續提升行銷成效
  • 具備蝦皮實務經營、廣告操作與業績增長實績加分
  • 平時工作有使用 AI 提升效率的習慣,如 ChatGPT、AI agent
  • 喜歡主動嘗試、擅長溝通協作,優秀的自律和時間管理能力、喜歡解決問題
  • 新創思維,能在快速變化的環境中臨機應變、跳脫框架思考
  • 中英文流利,能與國際團隊與海外合作對象有效溝通
  • 超愛毛小孩,有養寵物大加分
