Run what runs the world.This Position Reports ToProcurement & Logistic ManagerYour Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of the purchasing and logistics-related activities in the Procurement function to support the businesses. Each day, you will execute assigned activities as per ABB standard procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by delivering and participating in training programs as required to ensure compliance and to foster professional development.The work model for the role is: in office.This role is contributing to the Motion Business in Taiwan. Main stakeholders are operation team and sales team.You Will Be Mainly Accountable ForExecuting purchasing and logistics strategies to support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products.Designing and implementing plans and effective strategies for local sourcing of products/materials to reach business targets.Supporting in implementing effective local sourcing strategies in line with business strategy to meet current and future business requirements.Applying and implementing procurement standards, tools, and processes in your area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have >3 years of experience in supply chain.Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in procurement and logistics.You are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around negotiation, communication and collaboration within team.Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience in SCM.You are at ease communicating in English.We value people from different backgrounds.
