Position Overview

TCC Assets is seeking a
Procurement & Contracting Specialist
to support construction-related procurement and contracting processes. The role ensures projects are executed efficiently, with quality and compliance across all stages.

台泥資產誠徵「採購發包管理師」,負責營建工程之採購與發包相關事宜,確保專案執行效率、品質與合規性。

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with construction procurement and contracting, including quotation requests, bid comparison, and negotiation.
  • Prepare RFP documents and verify drawings and quantity take-offs.
  • Draft and review contract documents, and check payment applications.
  • Support departmental meetings and coordinate administrative tasks.
  • Handle other assignments as directed by the supervisor.
  • 協助營建工程之採購與發包作業,包含詢價、比價及議價等流程。
  • 製作並整理 RFP 標單,核對圖面與工程數量。
  • 擬定合約草稿,並覆核計價與請款文件。
  • 協助部門內部會議及相關行政事務。
  • 完成主管交辦之其他事項。

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in construction procurement or contracting.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and familiar with contract review and execution tracking.
  • Bachelor's degree (Associate degree considered) in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
  • A proactive team player who is eager to face challenges and solve problems.
  • English proficiency: basic to intermediate, with the ability to read and write construction related documents.
  • Proficient in Mandarin.
  • 具備三年以上營建工程採購或發包相關經驗。
  • 熟悉 AutoCAD(2D/3D),並了解合約審閱及執行追蹤流程。
  • 專科以上學歷,主修工程、營建管理、企業管理或相關科系尤佳。
  • 具備清晰的邏輯思維與高度的細心與責任感。
  • 積極主動、擅長團隊合作,勇於面對挑戰與解決問題。
  • 英文具中等程度,能閱讀並撰寫工程相關文件。
  • 中文具母語程度者。
