KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Costco direct sales order & return order handling.
•Management of Logistics Service Provider to ensure agreed service levels are being achieved.
•Play an integral role in the deployment and continuous improvement of logistics processes to deliver superior customer service levels.
•Communicating inventory availability to the commercial business so that customer relationships and expectations can be managed.
•Coordinate with supply hub to arrange subcon orders accordingly.
•Management and execution of re-packing activities within the market to support the commercial business.
•Ensure service fees such as repacking / warehousing / transportation are in line with agreement.
•Work with supply hub to adjust replenishment schedule to support business requirement.
•Monitor shipment to ensure goods arrival at market on schedule.
•Pre-alert low stock & out of stock to commercial for early preparation to minimize business impact.
•Ensure compliance with Quality and EHS Standards.
•Support ad hoc task if required.
Basic Qualifications:
•Minimum 3-5 years'experience in supply chain operation.
•Able to work independently.
•Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with cross functional teams.
•SAP user.
•Good computer skill – Microsoft office, Outlook
•Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience in FMCG or OTC industry.
•Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Basic GxP knowledge
