About The Job

  • Provides support to customers and outside sales team, address product issues and errors, identifies solutions and suggests action to ensure customer satisfaction. (75%)
  • Creates accurate quotations that reflect project and customer requirements as well as project specifications. (10%)
  • Contacts customers after the sale to provide ongoing service and support and to resolve problems. (10%)
  • Researches competitive pricing to understand market trends. (5%)
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor or university degree
  • Up to one year of experience
  • Knowledge in MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
