Overview
Synaptics is looking for an Sr. Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic and growing organization. You will be responsible for handling customer's order and shipment, coordinating with customer, Sales and internal teams (Finance, Operations, Logistics). This position reports to the Manager, Inside Sales.
Responsibilities & Competencies
Job Duties
- Oversee the entire customer fulfillment experience from quotation, to customer order entry, through final delivery
- Primary interface between customers, Sales and Operations
- Lead on-time fulfillment of orders (Customer delivery date)
- Facilitate order management (Direct/Hub), quote, PO, delivery, shipment, payment, RMA, SCM etc.
- Maintain a smooth physical transportation and documentation flow
- Complete weekly forecast and hub customer weekly DSM, MRP
- Facilitate in driving the gaps between forecast and PO
- Oversee various type of doc and process such as EOL, PCN, free sample, AR, Audit, rebate, and POS

Qualifications (Requirements)
- BA degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of inside sales experience
- Hands-on experience managing order handling inquiries with customers and returns
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational skill, time management, performed in dynamic work environments.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and an engaging professional demeanor
- Experience providing exceptional customer experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Prior experience using Oracle and SalesForce
- No travel required
