About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key internal role by supporting existing customers, coordinating cross-department operations, managing import/export documents, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

This position does not require frequent travel, but if you are interested in visiting clients or joining events, the company is happy to provide support.

Since you will work closely with both domestic and international clients, strong English proficiency is essential.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within sales, account management, customer success, or commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients


• Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and track logistics


• Assist with import and export documentation (e.g., shipping documents, PI, etc)


• Identify customer needs and proactively suggest upsell and cross-selling opportunities


• Collaborate closely with sales, QA, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution


• Maintain CRM records, update customer information, and manage internal databases


• Continuously optimize workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset


• Detail-oriented, patient, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously


• Interest in sustainability, recycled materials, or the circular economy


• Comfortable working in an office-based role, with optional opportunities for field visits or events


• Proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to adopt new tools (AI, automation, data tools, etc.)

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree or above


• High proficiency in English (able to communicate directly with international clients)


• Experience with import/export documents and workflows is a plus


• Experience in sales, customer service, procurement, or international trade preferred


• Familiarity with CRM, Excel, Canva, or generative AI tools is a plus
