Position:Inside Sales RepresentativeJob Description:What You’ll Be Doing• Forecast Management - Review customer forecast for advance pipeline to ensure safety buffer stock and pipeline level.• Order Management - Review backlog and shortage reports to assure uninterrupted supply of inventory. Monitor and manage of rescheduling & validate demand.• Inventory Management - Monitor and manage over inventory parts and shortage parts.What We Are Looking For• Diploma or Degree in any fields.• At least 3 years of experience in customer service (order management), production planning or material planning role.• Possess good communication and negotiation skills, with ability to deal with cross-functional teams internally and externally (customers and suppliers).• Proficient with Microsoft office software’s, especially for Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, added advantage to have knowledge/experience in Macro).• Independent and proactive, ability to complete work under moderate supervision.• Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.• Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.
