Responsible for driving revenue growth by cultivating and managing client relationships, achieve individual sales targets through effective communication of value selling and trade activation execution. This role requires a proven track record in sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and competitive market.

*Make an Impact*

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with key clients to maximize mutual business growth
  • Negotiation: Secure favorable terms and agreements for the business while ensuring mutual satisfaction
  • Executing in-store and trade activations to drive visibility and sell-out
  • Providing market insights and competitor feedback to support strategic planning
  • Ensuring product availability, visibility, and compliance with brand guidelines
  • Supporting new product launches and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
  • Analyse ROI and complete closing report
  • Responsible for Chiayi and Tainan Areas (Job scope and location may be adjusted per labor laws)

*Your Talent and Skills*

  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on closing deals.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • At least 3 years sales function working experience in related industry.
  • Driving license and Car is a must
