Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP)
is a talent development program by Sea for high-potential young professionals with 0–2 years of work experience. It is dedicated to nurturing future leaders who combine a passion for gaming with an impact-driven mindset. This two-year program comprises four rotations, each lasting six months, providing you with in-depth and diverse exposure across our two core businesses: (1) Garena, and (2) Shopee & Monee.
