【工作模式】

• 在專案經理或專案建築師/設計師的指導下,進行設計發展、調整或修改,並與團隊合作溝通,共同協作項目。
• 需要具備獨立發展設計、並將設計成果向專案團隊成員呈現,能以解決客戶問題為中心提供設計解決方案。
• 能夠同時處理多項任務,具備靈活性和適應能力,能夠適應快速變化的項目要求和截止日期
• 能夠在合作且持續不斷進展的團隊工作環境中,充分發揮對設計的熱情和熱忱。

【項目類型】

• 案件內容多元,包括私人及公共案件:總體規劃、建築設計、景觀設計、專案管理、室內設計等。

【工作特質】

• 願意參與各項設計領域(廠辦、規劃、景觀等)及各設計階段(競圖提案、建築執照申請…等階段)之挑戰並積極學習,對於設計及實務執行的各方面皆有興趣。
• 有良好溝通能力,與跨部門或團隊合作經驗。
• 具責任心,在所需的進度內完成工作,同時對於遞交品質有自我要求。

【工作內容】

• 包括計畫提案(競圖)、CAD設計圖面發展、建置3D模型(Rhino, Sketchup)、效果圖、簡報與報告書製作等。
• 發展設計、橫向溝通協調、與專業顧問溝通協調、處理設計細部等。
• 依照項目類型需求,需與其他專業和部門成員協調技術,及配合相關行政工作。

【條件要求】

• 具備大學或碩士學歷,建築設計相關學系畢業,具更高學歷者將優先考慮。
• 0-1 年建築設計相關經驗,參與過建築、基礎設施或工業專案者尤佳。
• 須具備良好中文能力,英語能力佳者先考慮。

【具備技能】

• 熟悉設計發展與介面整合。
• 熟悉3D軟體BIM REVIT、Rhino、Sketchup、Lumion等,若熟悉Grasshopper - Script Skill尤佳。
• 熟悉Office軟體、Adobe系列軟體(如:Adobe Illustrator、Photoshop)。

• 工作地點: 台北市
• 工作時間: 週一至週五,上午 9:00 至下午 6:00(彈性工時),包含 1 小時午休時間。
• 出差需求: 依專案需求安排出差或外派。

【招募時程與到職時間】

面試流程將於 2025年10月起開始安排,歡迎有興趣的申請者預先投遞履歷與作品集。本職位預計於 2025年10月至11月間到職,以配合業務需求。招募時程可能會依專案實際進度略作調整。
