Our French Client, headquartered in Paris, is celebrated for its innovation in
acoustics, industrial design and sound technologies
. Their key product is in high-end amplifiers.

They are looking for a Partner Satisfaction Specialist APAC who is based in Taipei, and will perform activities with the guidance of the Central team in Paris and the supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a local intermediary of the Central team in Paris
  • Oversee the B2B after-sales operations;
  • Maintain partner satisfaction by offering quality support in a timely and professional manner;
  • Resolve technical requests, complex and sensitive queries or escalated complaints from partners to minimize the negative impact on partner experience and the risks for the Group;
  • Build and maintaining long-lasting relationships with partners;
  • Set up and control the delivery of internal quality process on partner's relationship
  • Manage direct communications with partners according to the guidances from the partner management team, the partner account manager and/or the supervisor(s) and consult for projects;
  • Handle products or services review or complaints from various third party tools (trustpilot, google play, app store)
  • Assist Supervisor to provide support on partner training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years experience within account management or customer service positions;
  • Experience working with premium international brands, preferably from consumer electronics;
  • Good communication, with a good command of English and Mandarin (both spoken and written);
  • Audio background is a plus;
  • Strong business acumen who is service-oriented and has the ability to take initiative;
