Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, strong ERP system knowledge, and excellent communication skills in English. This role is critical in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Process Improvements - Identify and implement enhancements to streamline workflows and boost team efficiency.
  • Manage Strategic Documentation - Oversee critical documentation for partners, vendors, contracts, and financial planning to support business decisions.
  • Support Financial Governance- Review and coordinate approvals for project costs, gross margins, and Delegation of Authority (DOA) compliance.
  • Ensure Sales Order Integrity - Enforce clean order standards and facilitate smooth transitions from order placement to post-sales handoff.
  • Lead Project Closure Activities - Manage final documentation and ensure proper wrap-up of material and labor components for completed projects.
  • Resolve Operational Challenges - Investigate issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Promote Best Practices - Share insights and process improvements with the sales team to enhance overall performance.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Execution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of sales commitments.
  • Support Strategic Sales Initiatives - Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction through operational excellence.
  • Enable Data-Driven Decisions - Prepare and analyze sales reports and quotations to support strategic planning and performance tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in an operation, administrative, or project coordination role.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Demonstrated strength in organizational, multitasking, and analytical problem-solving skills to effectively manage complex tasks and drive operational efficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a multinational or cross-functional team is a plus
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and operational workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the retail industry is highly desirable and will be considered an asset.
  • Experience in project management is highly desirable
  • Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
