【工作內容】

1.產品品質異常處理追蹤,產品新增、變更以及稽核

2.客戶服務、客訴回覆 (具備8D或CAR回覆能力) 以及客戶要求處理、稽核應對

3.ECOA 傳遞、品質數據統計分析,品質改善計畫推行跟催

4.供應商品質稽核、供應商評鑑、進料系統管制、輔導供應商品質

5.品質管理系統(QMS)的維持與改善,含執行內部稽核及改善跟催

【其他說明】

  1. 具化工/化學/科技管理相關學經歷

  2. 熟悉 Office 工具,具備統計分析能力

  3. 具備 Excel 中使用程式語言能力尤佳,例如:使用函數、VBA 或 Python來撰寫程式碼來自動化任務或進行更複雜的操作尤佳

  4. 能操作 Minitab、SPC軟體尤佳

  5. 工作細心、負責任感,可配合加班及短期出差 (一個月內)

  6. 具備 ISO 9001 內部稽核員資格者尤佳
