職務說明

  1. 與供應商進行模具設計的討論,確保模具設計符合要求。

  2. 負責鋁壓鑄、沖壓產品的設計與開發 DFMEA/2D/3D,進行供應商模具檢討(DFM/Simulation)與量產新產品導入(NPI)。

  3. 與國外客戶進行設計檢討和進度追蹤,確保產品設計符合需求。

  4. 選用關鍵零組件,並進行工程變更的審核。

  5. 制定與執行產品機構件的性能驗證及測試方法。

  6. 協助分析重大品質問題,推動產品導入量產。

  7. 具備5年以上機構設計經驗。

  8. 熟悉結構應力模擬軟體的運用,如FEM等。

  9. 具備系統廠經驗者尤佳。

其他條件

  1. 熟悉IATF 16949的APQP品質管理與文件製作。

  2. 熟悉鋁壓鑄殼件、銅排、線束等單件與整合設計。

  3. 熟悉車用環境與耐久要求與驗證。

  4. 熟悉結構、振動、熱傳與電氣安全等單件與整合問題解析、模擬與設計。

  5. 英文能力佳,能與國外客戶進行工程會議與文件溝通。

  6. 有表面處理和結構件設計的工作經驗。

  7. 具有機械工程學歷背景為佳。

  8. 熟練使用CATIA、AutoCAD、Pro/E等工程設計繪圖軟件。

9.具有CAE經驗或可接受CAE培訓的人選,優先面試。
