PURPOSE

To match quality, price, and delivery, we provide the most precise and stable manufacturing procedure base on design team's demand. We also arrange mass production and the following possible improvement and training.

Responsibilities

【115年研發替代役】CNC製程工程師

  1. 依據零件設計圖,開發及改善CNC銑床製程(包含刀具選用、加工程式編程、模擬與試產等),交付生產單位使用。
  2. 設計並開發能達成計畫目標的健全且高品質產品之加工程序。
  3. 依據最佳製造法及標準流程完成工作。
  4. 透過團隊合作及溝通,確保工程問題解決及日常事務執行。
  5. 運用工程分析減少製造風險。
  6. 提供工程見解給其他團隊成員和工廠各部門。
  7. 執行主管交付任務

Qualifications

  • 機械工程相關、電機電子工程相關、工業工程相關科系
  • 具備機械2D和3D圖面識圖能力,理解幾何尺寸及公差要求(GD&T),能使用 CAD 進行圖面設計者佳
  • 知悉QA七大工具作為問題解決之基本技能
  • 具備或理解基本統計工具 : SPC、MSA、DOE、CPK、PPAP等
  • 喜歡美式工作氛圍,也喜歡開口說英文
