本職缺隸屬於 AECOM 台灣的建築與人居環境部 (Building + Places),部門專注於提供綜合性的建築設計、城市發展與基礎設施規劃服務。我們秉持 AECOM 全球的專業標準,以創新、永續與卓越品質為核心,致力於打造安全、宜居且高效的環境。

職務內容

• 擔任營造工程師或工地監工/主任,負責廠房專案的土木與建築工程現場監造與管理,確保工程進度與施工品質符合計畫與規範要求。
• 進行施工品質查核與估驗,確保各項施工項目達到設計與技術標準。
• 參與施工會議,與業主、設計單位及承包商進行技術討論與協調,並提供技術支援與問題解決建議。
• 釐清施工疑義,提供專業建議並協助解決工程現場問題。
• 負責工地安全衛生管理,落實職安法規,確保作業安全。
• 撰寫並提交工程進度報告,記錄施工過程與品質檢驗結果。

• 3 年或以上土木或建築相關的廠房工程現場監造與管理經驗
• 具備專科或大學學歷,土木工程或建築相關科系畢業。
• 熟悉施工品質查驗、進度管控與工地安全衛生規範,具備解決施工過程中問題的能力。
• 流利中文及簡單英文能力,良好的溝通與協調能力,能與業主、設計單位及承包商保持良好合作。
• 熟悉AutoCAD、 Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint 和 Word,能夠有效運用這些工具進行工作匯報與溝通。

證照需求

• 公共工程品質管理人員 資格者優先考慮。

• 上班地點: 台南市善化區
• 上班時間:星期一至五, 8:30 至 17:30
• 合約性質:此職缺可能為永久聘用(Permanent)或1年定期契約(Fixed term),視專案階段需求而定。
